Product download is not available

Have you bought a product and now it's not available for download anymore?
Okay, let's try to solve that!

Check if it's already installed

Launch the Contrail Desktop App and click on Search in the top menu. Enter the name or ICAO code of your product and click on the result. See if the product page indicates whether it is installed already or offers an option for download.

Connect your shop account

Navigate to the Accounts page in the lower left menu of the Contrail Desktop App. Verify that the shop account where you have purchased the product is still connected to the desktop app. The product should be available for download after connecting the account which you have used for purchasing the product.
