Download Error: Decryption failed

Error Message: The decryption operation failed

If you are getting this message when downloading a product using the Contrail desktop app, please follow these steps:

1. Close the Contrail App
2. Empty this folder (delete the contents): C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\ContrailApp\Temp
3. Delete this file: C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\ContrailApp\Persistence\downloads.json
4. Launch Contrail and start the download again
