I want to cancel my order

Our Refund Policy states that a digital product can be refunded until execution of the contract. The initiation of the download of the digital product marks the beginning of the contract.

We can refund your product, please contact us with your order number.

I ordered the product twice or elsewhere by accident

Please contact us with your order number and the order receipt of the original order (possibly from another webshop). We will contact you after reviewing the documents.
